Thank you for last night. We’ve had loads of thank you’s this morning for the wonderful night. Kevin loved it.

Thank you very very much for an excellent barn dance last night and for the entertainment … and a big thankyou to Anne and her flute-playing and your guitar … it was brilliant. I thought I was listening to a recording and there you were live. It was excellent.

I have had numerous positive comments from both young and old. You set the level just right for the people who were there so that the children as well as the older folks were all able to participate. Your instructions/directions were very clear and your assistance throughout the dances was so helpful. One of the older ladies who couldn’t actually participate told me you were brilliant and she would recommend you to anyone! (Margaret Fisher)
We are writing to thank you all for doing such a fantastic job at our ceilidh last weekend. We have lost count of the number of people who said how great you were, and there are a lot of new converts to ceilidhs who were experiencing one for the first time.

You were great and we all had a most fantastic evening

I think you’ll have gathered that everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves, including my wife and I. Thank you very much for that: you made it great fun. Your choice of dances was well made for people of our agility and energy (or limited supply of!) and your talk about barn dance history was just what I had hoped for, adding as is did an element of learning to the event in keeping with the purpose of the U3A. Much appreciated

Well done on the calling last night - your patter was informative and so well received. I haven’t had so much fun since my student days
